Returns

We want you to be happy with your items! If you don't love it, you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund. Please e-mail us at info@calmatco.com to request a return. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in new condition
• Sealed in their original packaging
• Accompanied by the original packing list 
• Returned back to us within 14 days from the day you submitted a return request

The following items are a final sale and are not eligible for a return:

• Pikler Collection (including the balance beam kit, pikler triangle, arch, and/or ramp)
• Happy Learning Tower
• Personalized or customized pieces

Please note the entire return process will take an estimated 3-4 weeks from when you ship it, to when your return is processed. 

Once your return is received and checked, a refund will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. 

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions.
